Driving can be stressful whether you re stuck in traffic or looking for a parking spot. Admiral Car Insurance recently analysed more than 157 000 tweets about parking by UK motorists to find out where the most stressful London boroughs are to find a parking spot. For each tweet they applied the AI academic tool called TensiStrength to measure the stress levels and rank each location as having the highest percentage of stressed-out parking-related tweets. Plymouth is the most stressful city to find a parking spot in the UK Devon s Plymouth tops our ranking as the UK city with the highest proportion of stressed tweets related to parking (32.2%). Worcester is the second most stressful UK city for drivers (28.5%). Cities in the South West make up 40% of the top 10 most stressful list meaning the South West is the most stressful region to find parking. Glasgow is the least stressful city in the UK to find a parking spot Glasgow is the UK city with the lowest proportion of stressed tweets related to parking (13.9%) making it the least stressful city for drivers to find a parking spot. Carlisle ranked as the 2nd least stressful city to find parking with 20.1% of tweets related to parking in Carlisle measuring as stressful on the TensiStrength scale.
