For those who can afford to buy a supercar the price of fuel is probably the least of their worries. The world s most expensive vehicles are designed with power speed and style in mind with less of a focus on fuel economy. Undaunted Zutobi recently analysed which supercars use the most fuel have the steepest fill cost and reveals the distance various models can drive on a full tank. Ferrari was a clear leader when it came to covering long distances on a full tank. Interestingly the 458 Spider and California by Ferrari have a higher estimated distance than the world s most popular car the Toyota Corolla (estimated full tank driving distance of 704 km). The Aston Martin Vantage and the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio follow the latter having the smallest tank capacity in the whole list. By far the most gas-guzzling supercar in the survey was the Bugatti Veyron with a very poor fuel efficiency of 30.1 litres for every 100 kilometres. Second most gas-guzzling supercar was also a Bugatti - a Chiron Pur Sport which goes through 26.1 litres for every 100 kilometres of road. The worst performing non-Bugatti when it comes to fuel efficiency was the Lamborghini Murcielago.
